So is this the WalMart version of 76 Beverly Park?

Horrific layout. Interior is everything I would expect in a New Jersey home at this price range, right down to that *exquisite* window treatment in the kitchen.

What a horrible mishmash of styles throw together to create…this. This is colonial?

Someone needs to tell the owners that under no circumstances whatsoever should the sofa be upholstered in the same fabric as the drapes, especially if they’re hideous drapes. Along the same lines, a living room walls should never be pink, and the chairs should never match the walls. The rest of the interior has delusions of grandeur but ends up being hideous. All of the spaces are awkward in one way or another, and decorated in a hilarious fashion.

Exterior and grounds are highly formulaic McMansion.

Interior is gaudy in places, boring in others, and dated throughout.

I never understood such large houses that didn’t have a direct entrance from the garage to the main home. I’d hate to walk from the garage to the main house in the winter in NJ even if it is only a few feet

The furniture matches the drapes and window treatments. WOW.
That is all I have to say about this house.

The china cabinet in the dining room is the only decent thing about this place. Burn the rest of it down.

Oh come on guys! Don’t be so negative. This place has charm! What man wouldn’t LOVE his beautiful wife lounging in the pink living room! And don’t men LOVE it when the carpet matches the drapes? 😉 So why is it different when the couch does? And pink brings out the masculine in men in a way no other color does. There’s something so HAWWWT about a man in a pink izod shirt! Its GOT to be even HAWWWTER when the whole room is slathered in it.

There are all sorts of places to play in this place. Imagine you and the misses enjoying the pool table. You haven’t lived till you do it on a pool table. Eight ball anyone? What about that pool house? Oh poolboy???

and look at the size of that Koi pond! Dayum! MOSTER KOI!

I like the property, the pool etc. It does look like a very large house from the street until you realize the garage is as large as the house. Strange.

Was Kenny trying to find a nicer word for garrish and gaudy when he used the word “lavish” ?
