One or two inoffensive rooms in an otherwise tacky home. The kitchen is not as bad as I had been led to believe it might be based on the other pics, but really this is just another drop in the bucket of gaudy, ugly Canadian homes. The staged furniture in that great room is hilarious.

What is going on with the left side of the rear facade of this place? It looks like they forgot to finish the brickwork on that one section.

Another owner of a large house who apparently suffers from botanophobia. Beyond that, the exterior of the house itself isn’t particularly attractive. The pics of the inside make me wonder if college students live here. Looking past the terrible staging job, there are some OK spaces, but overall there’s nothing overly exciting happening here.

There appears to be raw cinder block in what should be the fireplace area of the great hall/grand salon, which also displays the most inept staging ever. Based on NOVA Ben’s observation re rear facade, it looks like this place isn’t completed. Once owners realized how bad it was, they probably just walked away. Aside from raw square footage, there is not much to like here.

You all are on crack. lol

I absolutely love the place. I would but this sight unseen, just not anywhere in Canada. I love the blue stone inlays. Reminds me of lapis lazuli. Maybe it is lapis.
In the right place I think this house is worth $10 million.

I’m sure one of these days a new home in Canada will be built that is both over 10,000 sq ft *and* doesn’t look like a mausoleum. Maybe that fireplace is where they keep the urns.

The La-Z-Boys in the living room are a joke. If I was a prospective client, I would much rather walk into a completely bare home than have that cancer in the living room.

This house is disgusting. It looks like they ran out of money and skimped on some pretty important parts of the house.

weird! I literally found this on the web yesterday by typing in Rocmary place as i absolutely love the mansions down there. I remember seeing this house looking pretty run down on google earth, but now its looks stunning! I don’t understand why no one likes this, compared to most mansions that are dated with tacky interiors and cheap fittings, this looks fresh, clean and fit for a king. Would definitely mistake this for being a Bridle Path mansion…

I love the exterior of the front of this property, but it definitely needs some landscaping. You pay approximately 6 million for this, and you get a yard that looks like some school playground!!!!!!

What part of the house is not finished don’t you understand?
If the brickwork on the back is not done and the fireplace inside is not done, do you expect the landscaping to be done?

    I like it!

I’d rather simply add my own color and stone to a blank slate than have to demolish/remodel/replace! It’s obviously a new subdivision – plant some landscape – Toronto is buried by lake-effect snow most of the time!

hahahaha are you lot kidding? This house is amazing! It’s underpriced at $6 million. Its huge and the kitchen looks amazing. For 6 million in Australia you wouldn’t even get half of a house like this.
