Eh. Inside has some beautiful details, but the low and huge rooms through off the scale. Kitchen is very nice, but I would have liked to see marble or granite topped islands. Pool is nice, but the rear view of the house makes it look like a motel.

First saw this one in late 2008 or early 2009 and it was listed at 15.75 Million, price sure has come down. I like the kitchen but like Daniel said it should have granite counters. I do not like how the staircase is in the middle of the living room. I have the floor plans for this one and that staircase makes the 43’x24′ living room look like two rooms. Most all the rooms in this house are huge. Dinning is 32×17, Kitchen is 24×22 (thats a 2 car garage) Family is 32×21, Master is 30×19, even the Master bath is 32 feet long. Overall – I like it.

I was just thinking about that staircase…I don’t like it either, it cuts into the room too much and is just kind of out there in the middle alone.

You are correct, Marcus. This house has been on the market for several years, with a much higher starting price.

It’s not one of my favorites in Paradise Valley, but it’s pretty nice. I suspect that they may get fairly close to $7 million for it, even though it will be interesting to see how much longer it sits.

I sort of like this. The interior needs to be debeigeified, but there are what look like some lovely rooms. The staircase in the living room doesn’t bother me, since the room is more than large enough to be divided into multiple seating areas. I wouldn’t normally like the style of the master bedroom, but I like this one. I love the fact that there’s a fireplace; how nice would it be to sit in the tub with the view on one side and a fire on the other? With a proper interior, this could be beautiful. The price seems optimistic however.

Not much personality here…some of the floors and wood ceilings are nice, but not much else catches my eye.

The house is okay but the main problem is its in Arizona.

The ceilings are way too low for the size of the rooms. Also the house is basically a daylight rambler forced to be a mansion. As the biggest house in the neighborhood the price is unrealistic. I would pay 4m, but then maybe not.
