Well, it certainly has that 1920s Florida feel to it. I like it overall, and I like how the exterior has that weathered appearance. This would be a fun house to decorate. I think I’d use this living room as design inspiration for the rest of the house as well.

I got excited when I saw the listing website had 39 photos, but it’s only like half that, it just cycles through everything a second time…oh well.
I really like the home. It’s too white, so it needs some more inspiration decor-wise inside, but the exterior is fantastic. It’d be nice if it were on a little more land…as it stands, the lot is hemmed in on three sides by the street, and by more homes on the fourth side. The home is very appealing though.
Very nice house. You can’t be the patina of real age. The interior does need some more umph put into it. It’s nice as-is, but it could be stunning.
