It’s nice, but the interior needs some life breathed into it (that’s becoming my mantra on here it seems). I like the modern take on classical elements, but it feels too minimalist in it’s current state. The location looks very nice, but I’d still rather live in the heart of London.

Why would you wanna stare at the concrete of the stairs everytime you walk into the house??? And for 30 million pounds I would rather live on The Bishops Avenue thank you very much!

Eh. The rooms are poorly scaled in my opinion. While design-wise I like it, I think they’ve been too safe with it. Some beautiful marble used throughout, though.

Very boring, very bland and very cramped up.
Although I’m love outdoor living (aka not living in the city; I live in a small village), I would save the almost 50 million(!) for a big ass apartment IN London.

I like the exterior alright, very traditional Georgian style, which I’m a fan of. Inside is definitely one of those “blank slate” opportunities. I suppose someone with very minimalist tastes would leave much of it alone, but obviously I think it needs more personality and color. The modern style of the kitchen seems to be what’s “in” in British homes, regardless of the fact that the exterior may be hyper-traditional…I’d be lying if I said I’m in love with that trend, I just don’t think it fits, but at least it looks high quality.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The one thing I think I have the biggest problem with is the 1-car garage…I mean, seriously? I get that the home is on a narrow lot but 1 car?? The floor plan looks okay, but my same complaint applies here as it does in other British homes that’ve been featured in the past…the first floor plan is too segmented…it doesn’t flow. I know that that’s just one of the differences between typical American and typical British plans, but I can’t get used to it. Overall it’s a nice place, but that price…wow.
