I would have loved the exterior if it weren’t for that ugly little raised portion left of the entry. I’m assuming that’s signifying that it’s the basement? Either way, I don’t like how it’s a different color stone(?)
Interior ain’t bad, but VERY typical. Office, library and dining room look terribly dated.

I like the exterior, but I agree that the raised portion to the left of the entry is wonky. I like the stairwell “tower” but the lower portion just stands out too much. The interior is typical and expected, but it’s nice. I wish some of the art and decorations were a lot less boring. There are a lot of white walls that need to be offset by much more interesting artwork.

Like the previous two here, I think the exterior is a bit…weird but not really that bad. The interior is nice (keep in mind you’re bringing your own furniture), so I can’t find anything bad really…

    Maybe the price…

I am head over heels in LOVE with the exterior of this home!! The raised portion everyone else is talking about is curious, but it doesn’t really bother me. Does anyone else think the exterior has more than a hint of Charleston shingle style to it? When I glanced at the first one or two pics I thought it had to be from SC.

Inside is middle of the road, as others have said. It’s all very nice and I have no problems with it, but it’s pretty run of the mill. I really do like the kitchen though…I love when kitchens have interesting volume ceilings like this one. A normal two-story ceiling looks too gaping in a kitchen, but when you have a cathedral ceiling like this one, with second-story dormers or skylights, it adds a lot to the room visually and I like that.

    Price seems almost reasonable(?)
