This looks like a very nice house. From a distance, the house looks kind of boring from the outside. The up-close pics show the limestone details and it looks much more interesting. I love the interior. It’s stylish but comfortable. Even without the furnishings, the house itself has just the right amount of tasteful, subtle, details.

The price seems optimistic, but I guess it is 15 oceanfront acres.

It’s a very nice home, if only it weren’t located in a town in the middle of nowhere. If you want seclusion and huge oceanfront lots, I don’t see why Jupiter Island wouldn’t be your choice. Price is optimistic.

This is a fantastic home…I really love the exterior. I might have chosen a different color for the shutters, but really it’s very attractive.

Inside looks great as well…the whole place just gives me the impression of subtle confidence…there are no features or design elements that are there solely to shout at you and draw your attention. Everything’s clean and stylish…I don’t see any one room I don’t like.

Is the land this home sits on split in two by the road? The first and second pictures on the listing website make it look like there’s property across the street too…or is that just someone else’s property? it’s weird to take a picture from that distance from someone else’s yard.
