This one I’m not too fond of. Feels much more dated than 2009. Front is off for some reason – maybe the small windows? Foyer staircase takes up too much room. Other living areas aren’t horrible, but I wish they would put a little detail into the ceilings. Pool is nice but the rear looks bad with the extremely thick fireplaces.

I got the same feeling…for me I think it’s how big the central foyer section is…there needs to be a bigger window on the second story part, or at least shutters for that small a window. There also needs to be more stone, considering how much more house there is to the left side that’s all white siding.

Daniel hit the nail on the head. The only thing I would add is that the night time picture looks like something from the Halloween Movies, the scary house that the monsters all live in.

The exterior is OK…not great, but OK. The inside is a train wreck. It looks like the decor is unfinished in most rooms. There’s no originality, no real design, and nothing of any interest. It’s entirely uninspired and looks like only the bare minimum of furnishings were put into each room, which doesn’t work in this style house.

This is definitely ho-hum at best. Honestly it looks like an optioned-up mass-produced home built by a big homebuilder, with one or two custom touches…you know…”oh I’ll take the _____ model, and add the optional side and rear sunrooms and partial stone facade…and upgrade the kitchen counters too.” That’s really the impression I get from this place. I’m not impressed.
