It’s an interesting home. I particularly like the back of the home. Interior has some nice finishes.

I mostly like this house. I suppose I’m so shocked to see a mock-med house that isn’t all beige that it forces me to like it! I would redecorate but there’s a good base to build from. The exterior is nice, especially the pool area.

But, the big problem here is that it’s in Poway. I would never live in Poway (yes, I’ve been there), and would never pay $11,000,000 to live in Poway. It’s way too far east to get any ocean breezes to cool it down, and it’s very arid. Yes, the house has a view, but a view of what? The vegetation in picture 12 is what there is in the area; no tall trees, no shade…just scrub and brown gravel/dust.

Beautiful home, it looks like a resort.
I know nothing about Poway, but from the rest of the comments, it does not sound that desirable to live there.

As Grrrowler said, it’s very nice to see a Mediterranean that is not beige…at first I wasn’t sure about the red stucco, but I think I actually like it. Most of the interior is very nice too, everything looks very substantial and quality built. That laundry room is ridiculous!
