It’s not bad but it’s not something I will remember for a long time. Pretty average home, with cool features like the pool; that looks like a fun place.

And the mansion of today (this one: http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/8-Beverly-Ridge-Ter_Beverly-Hills_CA_90210_M14033-80721) looks cool too!

Like Iemand said, there is nothing really wrong with the place, but it’s just been done so many times over. Price seems fair though. I just question how many times that diner is used; there are plenty of indoor and outdoor dining areas in the home, so why add 1 more? Another example of something cool when visiting the house, but living with it on a daily basis seems like a waste.

I’m in agreement with the others that while there’s nothing really wrong with it, it’s not exciting. It’s also rather predictable; there are hundreds, if not thousands, of other houses in and around San Diego that look just like this, both inside and out.

1.3 acres, San Diego, under $5 million, not too bad.
It is not the best home, but it is also not the worst.
At about $3.5 million it would be about right.

Looks far more than 6 years old…

Nothing catches my interest inside or out, utterly forgettable.
