So is that the living room in pictures 3 and 4 or the family room? It looks as if the foyer leads to that room, but the kitchen is right there. I’m confused. It’s a nice room, but the kitchen should be separated. Some nice details in this home.

I guess you could use that outdoor fireplace/pump house pond for koi.

The “office”. I can imagine daddy sitting at his desk, while mom and junior1 sit in the wing back chairs listening to him drone on and on about how much they’re spending. STFU dad, thinks the son. STFU hubby, thinks the mom. GTFO thinks the dad, and let me smoke my hookah in peace.

I can appreciate that this doesn’t look like the typical Texas home. I’m rather fond of it really. I love the staircase behind the kitchen. I don’t have a floorplan so I like to imagine this is a “private” entrance up to the master suite/bedrooms. This looks like the type of house that would have fun little passageways all over. There’s lots to look at and I imagine spending a whole day exploring all the interesting details throughout. I absolutely love that office/library! As mentioned above, it is very weird to have the kitchen and the living area all in one gigantic room. Great for entertaining, maybe, but it’s just odd looking in a house. Looks like a mountain ski lodge with a bar.

Anyway. All in all, this isn’t 100% my style but I could definitely see myself living here. Very cozy, very inviting, and there’s plenty of character. For 3.5M this is a steal!

Copy this, and put my name in front.

I need some thinking about the exterior but I definitely like the interior.

I like this quite a bit. The house seems confident in its elegance, it doesn’t need to scream about it with gaudy and fussy design items. I love the stone inside and out, and the wood-beam ceilings are right up my alley. The whole place just looks really comfortable and rustic. The exterior is drop-dead gorgeous in my opinion.

My only real complaints are that the master bath is a little boring, and I’d want the study to have doors instead of just a doorway. I really like everything else I see here, and even though it is Flower Mound, the price is still attractive.
