Son Vida is nice, but I’m not feeling this house. The doesn’t look very original, and the interior is uninspired. I hate the idea of the “thousand points of light” ceiling treatment/lighting fixture. Overall, it rates a polite yawn.

I’ll be surprised if this goes for anywhere near the asking price. Houses in Son Vida have sat on the market for years because they’re overpriced. There are currently nicer houses in the area for less money.

Does this house actually exist? Or is it all a fantasy in some builders mind, because all those images are renderings.

Exterior is pretty gruesome, interior isn’t bad. I don’t mind the Rolls-Royce Phantom inspired starlight lighting. I hate the bare concrete used with the indoor pool. Price is outrageous.

Are those not real photographs? They looked real to me. I think this house is great. I like all the bridges and passageways and water features. I also like the use of steel as a building material, as well as the multi-colored outside. The house looks sophisticated and cool (temperature wise). I do not know if Son Vida is a desert and hot but if it is this house is well suited to a desert climate. The price seems really high but I do not know about Spanish housing prices.

Those aren’t real photos, they’re renderings. So have they even broken ground on this yet? Because if all they have are these renderings and a tentative floor plan, this pretty much amounts to residential vaporware. Either way, I’m not feelin’ it.
