Jesus, did they give enough pictures of the pool?

This one is pretty boring all around…the exterior is dull and there’s nothing special about the interior either. And where the hell is Poway anyway? Price seems steep for the location but I’m not an expert.

Ha! 42 acres and the front of the homes looks like something you’d find in a cookie-cutter community in Boca. Library and pool are nice, everything else is too big and open. Scale people!

This is a difficult one. The location is quite boring (dead grass everywhere?), I like the exterior (love the 3rd picture), the library looks good and the gym always comes in handy. Unfortunately the rest of the interior is boring and bland.

I love the amenities on the grounds, I love the pool and the view (photo #12) is gooood.

All in al, some very nice things to say about this one, to bad other things ruins it.

Maybe it’s just me, but this house is slightly over the top. For the typical L.A. sports fanatic, maybe this is a dream. I love the killer view from the baseball diamond though! Overall some of the interior is nice (library), but most of it looks cheap and dull. Like this was somehow a cookie cutter design and they just tacked on the sports venues. It sort of reminds me of a mid-range hotel or resort. The gym is cool, but again – unless you’re a fitness nut, it’s over the top. I’m sure the overall package is appealing to some, but it needs some character. This house deserves to have an owner with some serious interior design skills to spruce things up a bit. I’m not sure of the area, but 11M seems somewhat correct for a house with so many amenities. Personally I’d offer 8 or 9M and see where that takes me.

I could see this place going to seed pretty quickly. Who wants to play baseball by themselves? Maybe if I was a professional athlete, and I could bring my buddies to train here every afternoon…but then what?

I’m a people person. Having a workout room fit for a small community YMCA just for myself seems just depressing. Same with the theater. What would I do…sit in this huge room to watch Parry Hotter all by myself?

oh wait…you said your place is in Poway? Never mind, you’re on your own.
