9 bedrooms in 13K sq ft? They must be tiny. The home itself is surprisingly dull. There is very little ornamentation, and the rooms are basically boring rectangles. The library is the only room that looks close to being worth the asking price – which I think it laughable. $15-$18 million tops. Exterior is admittedly very nice in my opinion.

Where did you get the info that Jennifer owns this home? Her current California home is in Hidden Hills. And her previous home in Bel-Air sold last year, I believe. And the one before that at the top of Mullholland sold to Gwen Stefani. And judging by the interior, that is not her house. Not decorated in her style.

Sorry, it was incorrect information. My apologies. I guess she only used it for her wedding party in 2004.

The only way they will get 40 Million for this house is if Jennifer comes with it. (LOL)

Not awful, but not great either. I agree with Daniel on the interior being pretty dull as a whole. The kitchen is particularly disappointing for a home with this asking price (which is ludicrous in itself, obviously).

I like the exterior better…the pics aren’t huge, but it looks like this place does a pretty decent job of making it look like it’s been there more than 11 years.

Woohoo, only $40 million to live around tons of other people on a small piece of land.
    What a steal….

No beach, no woods, no mountains, no ski slopes, no lakes…..yeah…

This house has all the right elements, but somehow fails to impress. I can’t quite put my finger on it. It just doesn’t have enough character and attitude to truly take my breath away. Not a terrible place to reside though. You could do A LOT worse.
