Exterior is very odd, especially the front. Interior is plain but livable.

It’s nice, but for $5 million is should great. The whole thing seems very bland.

This is too bad, because I really like the exterior and the pool and the lot is great. Their is something off about the interior. I cannot quite put my finger on it. Maybe too beige. Maybe the stucco is too thick. I wanted to like this house more than I do. The Pool Room is very nice.

I really don’t like the exterior on this one…maybe better photos would’ve helped, but it’s just not doing it for me.

Inside is very beige, but I find myself attracted to the simplicity of it. It’s definitely understated, and that’s nice in contrast to many other places this size. I’d add some more splashes of color, but it’s pleasing overall. I really love that breakfast area, or den or whatever, the one with the angled walls of windows and the octagonal cupola. It’s a genuinely comfortable-looking space, and the cupola adds some visual interest to it. The grounds do look nice even if the exterior is underwhelming. The price seems about right, but I’m not a
    Dallas expert.
