It’d make a great nursing home or hospice. As a single-family home, it sucks.
It’s WAY too big. Everything else is overshadowed by that fact. The exterior is nice enough, but not enthralling. The two pictures of the interior show the a couple of chairs by a fireplace and that ridiculous dining hall. The interior could be very nice, but again the house is just too big. It would be a decent country inn or corporate retreat.

Thanks for letting me know! I just fixed it.
I really hope there are more homes in the area and people that can afford it to enable a sale of this magnitude.
Unfortunately as is the case with most people like this, they own the company in some small town and build some gigantic mansion for themselves, because well they have no choice and then when they want to sell it, it is virtually impossible.
There is a guy in the town next to mine right now doing just that. They own a successful manufacturing company and have a gorgeous $7 million home in Naples Florida already, but he wants something just as grand up here so he is building a massive 20,000 sq.ft home next to his parents already huge 10,000 sq. ft home. His house is easily 6 times more expensive than the next most expensive home in the town save his parents, so basically some family member will always have to live there.
Not enough interior pics to make a judgment, but contrary to everyone’s opinion here, I sort of like the exterior. I love the Georgian architectural style in general, so that probably has something to do with it. Given the location, the asking price seems a bit high, even for how much house you get.
ANYONE, repeat ANYone who builds a “single family home” THIS size DESERVES to take repeated blood baths financially or LOSE the gargantuan monstrosity altogether. Inexcusably psychotic in its DOWNRIGHT GHASTLY AND WRETCHEDLY USELESS EXCESS AND USELESSNESS.
Well, hell…its got a koi pond, but its huge. The Koi will grow to massive proportions in it. Monster koi.
Gotta love them silly rich folks…
I am from this town and to tell you, the house is going to be on the market for a long time for that price. Sadly she built the house after her dad passed away and she was the new CEO. Her dad gave most of his money to whole area. To kinda save her, she built this house for business, the huge ball room is where she usually held conferences and a place to stay for bigger and more importanct guest. We actually have a lot of mansions around this town more into Zanesville, don’t know where they all get there money but, most are doctors, we have a dentist who is building one almost the size of Tami’s. Heck Kevin Martin plays in the NBA and his house it’s even that big.
Do you have any more info on the dentist who’s building a home that’s almost the same size?
I don’t have anymore info on the dentist house. He’s a pretty private guy. I just know a few guys that works for the firm that designed the house. When i was a surveyor we surveyed his land for it. I know the brick guy who did his front gate and it’s is pretty sweet looking, just really weird seeing that in Zanesville. Bing Maps doesn’t show it, but google earth shows the foundation. I don’t think he is a cocaine dealer. But our town does have some people you wonder about.
How the hell is a dentist building a 50,000 sq.ft house?
Is he a cocaine dealer on the side?
sorry I noticed a typo, Kevin Martin’s house isn’t even that big.
Crabbby, give us the Google Maps link for the foundation of the dentist’s house!
