I’ll TAKE IT!!!!!
Exterior is VERY reminiscent of thew homes you’d see here in South Florida on the edge of the Everglades. Interior is trying to break the tract home mold but all they did was add more ornamentation. $8 million for a glorified cookie-cutter home is a little steep for me.
No character
I hate the windows.
Industrial grade carpeting in the theater sucks.
Nice house, but there are thousands out there just like it. Nothing stands out. It’s not terrible – just not very original and I don’t picture myself living there.
I actually love it besides the theater color choice. Simplicity beats out supposed creativity every time. Great home.
Maybe $4 million, that’s about it.
