I really like this house and the pricing isn’t too shabby either.

Slapping the garage on the front…way to ruin a decent house.

The front looks like a $750K home, tops. Interior, with the right colors and accouterments, could be nice. I like the high ceilings as well. House really needs a pool though, and the price is laughable.

HAHAHAHA! good luck getting anything near this quality in Atlanta! Seriously, for the area, the price is almost spot on. I know it’s hard to believe, but thats the price you have to pay to be in, or even near, Buckhead.

The house has proportional issues in the enterior. Kitchen cabinets seem a bit normal size for ceiling height, the entire house is blue, the columns and byzantine ceilings seem out of place, and why the beams in every room??? They seem completely out of place and unnecessary. There are issues with the marble pattern created at the range and why is the kitchen window so high above the sink? It would have been nice to have it come to the counter level. The limestone floor in the kitchen is a horrible idea..the high ceilings and that floor will make it wicked for sound and the hard floor is hard to stand on for long periods of time. Too bad so many people with money don’t have a good understanding of such things. The curved marble at the bar is an over-kill of repeating the arch concept and makes it look cheap. There is no hardware on the cabinetry in the kitchen or other areas. The house appears a bit unfinished and the price is absurd for the neighborhood. It does need a pool. The gravel area at the front door isn’t a great concept either unless you wear flat shoes all the time.
The photos are deceptive and the home looks much larger than it is in reality.

What a gorgeous house!! The craftsmanship on this home is astounding. Whoever made it really paid attention to all the details and included a whole lot of bells and whistles. While there is no pool, there is plenty of open space for a pool…but I absolutely adore the greenery! It’s a beautiful and serene looking garden. The front entryway is definitely another beautiful touch.
