Another beautiful home. Once again, the landscaping is wonderful. I love the gate. The orientation of the home on the lot is a little weird, but nothing that would make the place any less livable. Only quip I have is with the rear; The first floor looks like the architect got a wee bit lazy. The second floor with the arches is nice, but I wish the first floor had a cleaner transition. Perhaps a covered loggia would do the trick.

This is gorgeous. I couldn’t be more pleased with the exterior of the home and the landscaping. I’d love more pics of the interior, because the one they did provide bodes well for the rest. Beautiful.

this is a great home inside and out. the only thing I don’t care for is the tower portion of the entrance. It’s a little too large and seem overscale.

Another beautiful home in Montecito. This area is so much better than Newport Coast. Love the way this is situated and designed . Also has a great view of the mountains and ocean. Like the double stairways in the back and the multilevel landscaping in the center. Is it just me, or have we been getting a lot more really beautiful and interesting houses lately?

Nice house! I’m not interested in living there, but this is truly a beautiful home. It’s hard to find much to complain about!
