Honest to Christ, one of the coldest homes I have ever seen. That family room looks incredibly unwelcoming. The pool fountain looks broke. Terrible.

Yuck. The price may be attractive if you judge by amenities alone, but this place is just ugly. It’s essentially an office building, with quality of materials and craftsmanship to match.

There are a few features that could be interesting. The stacked stone in the foyer looks nice, until you look and see that it’s pre-cast and not real stacked stone. The slate floors could be nice, but it’s too grey and too cold looking. There’s too much grey. Overall, I really don’t like anything about it.

It must be interesting to be a real estate agent with homes like this. You could hate a home with every fiber of your being, but have to force yourself to come up with glowing hyperbole about how wonderful it is. I’d hate myself after posting a listing like this.

Of course if I were the listing agent I would also disable caps lock and spell “caliber” correctly. But that’s just me.

I just don’t understand why someone would desecrate one of the most beautiful states with stupid houses like this. Don’t they run these by somebody before they build them.
