    Very nice.
Colorado, Idaho, or Montana…this home fits right in place.

Pictures 2 and 3 look like my grandson’s Lego set.

I’m not fond of the green roof. Inside is nice for the most part, but I don’t like the wood stain used. Looks like fecal mist or something of that unpleasant nature.

The exterior is a little boring/dated, but overall I really enjoy this house! I absolutely love that indoor pool! From some angles, this almost looks like an old warehouse – in a good way. I agree with those above – the wood stain is a little odd, but it just might not show up well in photos. The interior is a little dark and medieval for my tastes. I’d brighten it up a smidge without losing the cozy feel. The house was built in 1994 so it could proabably use a little updating inside and out. I’m not sure about the area it’s in (looks beautiful), but the price seems about right – maybe a million or two too high.

I like it. Very nice. I agree about if it was in Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, or Montana, it would be even better. But still….

The pool is great, but I do have one question, why is the water green?

Oh, oops. How silly of me. If I knew how to read, I would have seen that it’s in Colorado. Then it’s in the right place already. 🙂

I could live there. With my boy toy. And a lot of horses. And some kind of tequila that burns your liver out in one shot. No, make that whiskey. Also include a couple of 30odd6 rifles.

      …and a koi pond… 😀

Weird thing is; from the aerial shots the exterior looks very…LEGO like. But from the ones from the ground it actually looks…quite fine.
Interior looks good; fits right in with my view of Colorado living.
Indoor pool is some piece too. 😛

I do not like the exterior. It’s looks a little cheap and doesn’t seem to shoot for any specific architectural style.

Inside fares better in my opinion…it’s rustic and cozy-looking, which is what I’d want in a home like this. The kitchen is a little dark, but really the place looks like it’s aging better than many other 17-year-old homes. I REALLY like the pool. Indoors is where it should be in a place like this, and it’s really impressive in that space, all the stone, huge windows and wood beam rafters.

Also, I just looked up where this town is…Oak Creek (population 849) brings new meaning to the term “middle of nowhere”. Wanna go to Denver for a night on the town? That’ll be a 3-hour car-ride. Seriously, this is WAY out there.

Then again, that’s not an issue when this is your vacation home, but still.

Wow, I actually know exactly where this is… and forget Denver, this place is only about 10 minutes away from one of the top ski resorts in the nation and a “real” mountain town (Steamboat Springs)!
