You were asking me on another post the other day when I complained about a Beverly Hills house costing as much as this or more I believe, and not being on a beach or a lake or having mountain views or woods and you asked me if there were any houses out there that had all of these (even though I meant independently of each other) and I present to you this house, it has all, plus great weather to boot.
