I actually kind of like this one. As always, couldn’t live in it myself, but it’s a striking apartment. I don’t like the kitchen though, I’m not a fan of that kind of almost-black wood for cabinetry, and I know the whole point is minimalism, but I don’t like the hidden appliances. I think it’s a neat place overall.

I like the space a lot. I’m not overly fond of the decor, although it’s still much better than many of the contemporary spaces we see here. What I like are the high ceilings, the abundant outdoor space, the indoor garden, and the step-down shower in the master bedroom. What I don’t like is the lack of art (easily fixed, the hideaway kitchen (that would get tedious having to open the kitchen every time), and how friggin low everything is. I want to see an adult get up off that sunken bed gracefully. It’s just not possible. Yes, you can literally roll out of bed, but then there’s the not-so-minor issue of getting up off the floor.

Very nice design, but RIDICULOUS in that I ONLY see ONE FREAKIN’ BEDROOM?!?!?! ABSURD, beyond description….wouldn’t pay SIX much less sixteen million for it. But that’s psychotic New Yorkers for you…..the despicably rich WILL pay it…………..

ANY way…..you guys…….help me find on either Google or Bing Maps that GORGEOUS Mendham Boro, NJ 1986 contemporary featured about four/five posts back will you please? I just gave the google map in the realtor.com map provided a GOOD lookin’ at repeatedly, and I still couldn’t locate the house…..and with it’s utterly unique design and rear facade, you’d think it’d be a snap to locate, wouldn’t you? A little help, please? Mucho appreciate it in advance, thanks.
