    Well I agree with all of you about the price, but if we forget that, it’s actually a fine home; the location is desirable, I like the look of the place at photo #3. But even if this going to be sold for half of the price, I would still look for something else…

    Like something oceanfront (Malibu?) or oceanview or anything like that, not cramped in like this one.
