The house is at 550 Round Hill rd. Last week it was listed ar $12,500,000 In true Greenwich fashion, if a house is so overpriced that it doesn’t sell, raise the price.
My mistake, is 446 Round Hill rd, the town says it’s 13,707 sq ft and valued at just under $10,700,000

This home has been on the market on, off since 2008, 22.5 Mill original, not tommy’s house, they just lowered it from 15.5.. So annoying how they all these price reductions as “newly listed” !!
