Yes, Catoosa Oklahoma is *exactly* the place I would want to spend $4 million, especially for something as stunning as this.
I’ve been to Catoosa. I would never pay anywhere near this amount to live there. If one wants in/around Tulsa, there are much nicer houses in the Maple Ridge neighborhood, near Philbrook Museum southeast of downtown, for less money. And, I’m talking beautiful 80-100 year-old foil baron mansions, not stuff like
