Here are pictures of Ron Tutor’s Beverly Park mega mansion completed. The 27,000 square foot home is located off of Beverly Park Circle in Los Angeles, CA. It boasts 9 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, large detached guest house, swimming pool with pool house, tennis court and more. Ron, who is a building contractor, purchased it back in September of 2008 for a staggering $32,200,000.

I don’t like what I see. It looks like something you’d find in Arizona, not Beverly Hills. Where are the mature trees? Why is the backyard all tiled? Why is the guest house so huge? Might be beautiful inside, but I certainly wouldn’t pay the $32 million he did.

Omg. Can I just say that the Google Maps birds-eye-view is ridiculously insane. You can zoom in enough to make out the car makes and models now. Wow.

I can’t say that I love it. In fact, I don’t really like it. I’m guessing the back yard has so much of it tiled so that it’s a nice big platform for parties. Still, I don’t like it. It’s just bland and mundane.

I believe he spent $32m for thehouse in its unfinished state and then spent millions more finishing it

I like it, but looking at it makes Denzel’s house next door look that much better.

    I don’t love it and I don’t hate it.
That is one massive guest house, he must really like his friends.
When the time comes and my parents are older, I intend to build a new home with a guest house for them, but it will not be close like how this is, they and I will have some distance and privacy.
For almost $40 million, you really should have a proper piece of land and more separation.

This is one of the better lots in Beverly Park, with south views, however…. the house was not at all designed to look south, horrible mistake. The whole place just speaks of McMansion. I am not a hater of huge steriodal houses, but this house looks nothing of a superb design or quality, just a massive hideous combination of multiple homes in Mulholland Estates jammed together

I love the house and how the flag lot is pushed back behind the other houses which gives more privacy I would think. I also like the pool which has a water slide, diving board, and some sort of dock coming off the building next to the tennis court and it seems rather large maybe 75feet long? The neighborhood looks terrific from google maps. Large lots, large homes, tennis courts, pools, formal gardens, and even a baseball field on the neighbor’s lot. I don’t mind the style myself since it seems rather organic to southern california more so then all the faux chateau houses nearby (although I like those too). Thanks for posting this house.

I have to agree with some of the other commentors that this house looks like a cheap piece of crap, this Ron Tutor guy is a building contractor? Shouldn’t he know a little bit about aquality real estate? Someone said this is a Landry design? Is Landry putting his name on crap now? Maybe Landry is just responsible for the floor plan and he can’t help if someone takes those floor plans to a low quality builder who builds a crappy house with Landry’s designs, this house looks like an Orlando area mcmansion wannabe, one of those houses that are priced from $500,000 to the low millions that are made of cheap materials but overpriced, its obviously a lot bigger at 27,000 square feet though, but the look of the exterior screams cheap crap, even the backyard looks cheap, at $500,000 an all tile backyard is ok but not at $32 million, you should have outdoor entertaining space, yard space, gardens, koi ponds, pool, tennis court and expansive park-like grounds for that price, this is just sad, I wouldn’t pay more than $2 million for that house based on the cheap look of the house, but for the size and location maybe $15 million at best, not $32 million, he could have done way better, i’d consider that house a tear down and bring in Finton Construction or Hadid construction or whoever built Stone Mansion or the builder that built La Belle Vie and have one of them re-do it, I’m not sure if Finton construction did make the house cause I know they build most the houses in Beverly Park but if Finton made it then it has to be one of the worse Finton homes I have seen, Finton homes usually are high quality like Le Palais du Couchant, you can’t compare this crappy house to Le Palais du Couchant, they aren’t even in the same ball park

This house reminds me of Jay-z’s song “superugly” this house is horrendous compared to say, Hablinkski’s Villa Firenze in beverly park. Laundry is also a horrible architect.
