Hmm. Now this interesting. Finally a Mediterranean home in Pelican Crest with a different interior! What I see I like, although it does need to been lightened up with softer furnishings a bit. Add a couple (dozen) orchids here and there and I’m all set.

On a side note: Does anyone know how many homes are in Pelican Crest? Seems like there is a new posting on Pelican Crest weekly.

I like the exterior. I like the interior (a lot). I don’t like them together. There’s just too much of a disconnect between the two. This interior in a house with an exterior that matches it closer would be stunning. This is definitely my idea of how a modern interior should look.

And Daniel…no orchids! The only people who decorate with orchids these days are middle-aged staging ladies getting a house ready for listing photos.

Orchids or fake palm trees. You decide 😀

I like the exterior. I like the interior; it needs some ‘softening though’.
But agree with Grrrowler about the disconnection between the two.

But it still looks better than most homes with this kind of exterior.

Fabulous exterior, I like it more than most of the other listings in this neighborhood we’ve seen. Don’t like the interior in general, and especially not inside this exterior.

Seriously, by this time next month we’ll have seen every single home in this community. It’s a big country, and there are plenty of choices for luxury real estate, we don’t need every other one to be from Newport Coast.

Who spends 8million to live in what is tantamount to a fancy tract house? I don’t think this house even has ocean views? I would take my 8 million else where but then again I don’t have 8 million dollars.
