I like it. It’s a change from the all-white palette these Miami penthouses love to integrate. And 8 parking spaces in a condo is unheard of. But for the price I’d rather have this home on Star Island and not pay the astronomical HOA fees.

Oh my God!!!! This place is mine!!!!!
Me likee. It even has a koi pond (pic #11)!
Not a big fan of high risers, especially because the pool is waaaayyy downstairs, and who wants to have to change out down in the lower reaches of the building just for a swim.
Very kewl way to hide video monitors though.
I think your koi pond is actually a hot tub. I guess you could use it for a koi pond, which would make preparing dinner really simple!
it’s nice in that it’s not the usual Florida design. But, it’s too impersonal for me. It reminds more of a suite at a W hotel than a home. I also don’t like how prominent the various TVs are. For the same money, I’d prefer something on the beach, much closer to sea level.
If you look closely, you can see that every TV is tucked away in closets or the ceiling, except (I think) the huge screen on photo #11, but that’s o’right, because that’s supposed to be a theater. I hate the fact they put a hot tub there, useless. You want a hot tub outside, with a view not in a ‘closed’ room like this. (It is outside isn’t it?)
But this one is actually quite nice. It’s quite big, without looking like it. I love the the thing on the wall on photo #11, makes it look a lot better.

But I wouldn’t pay 19 million for this, rather have my own home.
Waterfront, of course
