    I really like the back porch/terrace and the sandy bit what you see in the last photo, hope there’s a beach there.

    Price looks hefty, but that’s probably Long Island talking right?

    It’s priced like it’s Southampton, but it’s only in Otherhampton…er, Westhampton. If I wanted to have a beach house this far west on Long Island, it would be on Fire Island. If someone wants to be far from the madding crowds of the real Hamptons, as well as everything that makes the Hamptons popular, this would be a nice spot with it being right on the beach.

    The house itself is OK, but doesn’t thrill me. The interior is completely predictable, with the requisite blue and white upholstery, rattan, telescope, and beachy/country-chic look going on. At least it does continue the tradition of thousands of beach houses before it.
