Overall I think it’s really nice. I like the color scheme.

The kitchen and dining room are great. The design of the windows are nice, with the curve on top.

The only thing I don’t like is the double staircase, but that’s because I just don’t really care for double staircases. They both lead to the same place, so it just seems unnecessary.

Oh, but it gives you a CHOICE of how to go upstairs, and it looks CLASSY! (sarcasm, of course)

I agree… double staircases are a real boring way to waste some money.

Double staircases are absolutely worthless and eat up tons of space.
I have yet to figure out their purpose.

The piano under the staircase is also weird and useless. No one plays the piano these days and definitely not in the middle of the foyer.
I have a piano. I actually know how to play the piano. Do I play the piano ever? No.
It will not be following me to my next home.

Was it you who said a piano should be placed in a central place in the house, like a foyer?
But there are systems that will make a piano play automatically; something for me; nice music on the background.

There are some weird pictures; #5 (kitchen) the opening on the left en #4 (dining room): the very weird hall on the right.

Oh and double staircase: it’s practical, you can run around/up and down to exercise…

          Uh..no.
If I thought a piano would be great to put in a foyer I would not have made that comment about you. Besides 99.999% of houses could not have a piano in the foyer so I would never make that comment anyway, at least not sober.

My piano is in a conservatory which is more practical and has a player option which still does not mean it ever gets played.
I had a pool table also and that was about useless too, finally got rid of that.

Now my sauna I use, that is worth it and steam shower is cool too as is a hot tub. Pool, never used in my old house, but some days I wish I had one again.

Believe me, I thought I was going to use the pool table, I really did.
            It never materialized.
            Jacuzzi, never gets used either.
Sauna worth it and hot tub worth it and a barbeque grill.
Use someone else’s pool and boat. lol and you will lead a happy life.

            Hmm. looks like I can’t reply on your last post but here;

Yeah, it’s a ‘dream’ anyway, We don’t even have room for a pool table, a pool is pretty much uselless in wet and cold Netherlands, a boat is only practical (to me it is) if you would live right next to a lake/ocean/river.

And using someone else’s pool, hehe, I can see that picture. LOL
What’s the different between a jacuzzi and a hot tub?

Exterior is just okay, way too much faux finishing inside.

What’s going on with that super narrow hallway adjacent to the dining room? The angle might just be deceiving my eyes, but it looks incredibly narrow and there’s a piece of furniture blocking it…

I like the exterior well enough. The interior has a large bland factor at play. Get rid of the faux finishing, put some furniture with some personality in the various rooms, and add a little personality, and it could be a nice house. I’m not sure anyone would need so many stools around the kitchen…it looks like it’s set up for a cooking class. I hate double/horseshoe staircases, and this one is no exception. They take up so much space, and they don’t even look very good.

If I had twelve people watching me cook (that’s the number of stools at the kitchen bar) I’d be sure to burn myself.

I counted to see, and I actually counted 14 stools, 6 on the left and 8 on the right. You would not only burn yourself, but probably the whole kitchen. 🙂

Just kidding. I love your comment, highly original. 🙂

I was going to make a comment about the stools but you beat me to it.
I assume that they have a small army of children to feed and they sit around like little baby birds waiting to be fed.

Did anyone check to see if this house belongs to the Duggars, Kate Goselin or Octomom?

Eh. Some decent details here and there, but overall its too frumpy. Looks like it belongs in Texas too.
