YET ANOTHER clinically psychotic price that PERSONALLY insults my intelligence. MOST ESPECIALLY with regards to the PRIOR SELLING PRICE…..even more so due to just how recently IT SOLD FOR a ONLY a LITTLE OVER 22 MIL!!!!! There is categorically NO THING that legitimizes a ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLAR NUCLEAR EXPLOSION in price from then to now, PERIOD. As much as I love the science, art, beauty, show and psychology that is highest end Manhattan real estate……this kind of MADNESS TRULY DISGUSTS me, about as much as I possibly CAN BE disgusted.

An eight-story monument to greed. Should have a statue of Trump on the roof, though.

Hey, don’t knock on the place, guys. The seller actually wanted to list it at $ 2 billion but he decided to list it at a discount.

You can even have a koi carp pond on the second floor and breed the sturdy and indestructible New York variety of bedbugs on every single floor. Now, tell me where else on earth you can do both of those things at the same time!
