Ew. The rooms are too huge and didn’t taken scale into consideration. Plus they are ugly. Exterior is mediocre at best.

I don’t mind the pool on that place. It’s not like it’s being used daily is it?
I don’t like the house though, but I absolutely love picture #11; that’s how a garden should look like; a lot of the mansions posted here look like they haven’t spend a single minute thinking about it, this one looks lush, with trees, pool house, a big lawn. Like that. Unfortunately, there a bad looking house in it.

Gross. I hate that HUGE 2-story room (or multiple rooms). I do like two-story spaces in general, but it’s awkward with that big a space. The interior in general looks far more dated than the 2002 build suggests. Exterior is a bit of a mess too…

On a somewhat unrelated note, I completely accidentally discovered the location of one of the drop-dead GORGEOUS homes featured on Shope Reno Wharton’s website that Kenny posted on a few weeks back. If you want to truly see a work of art, hit up 80 W River Rd, Rumson. I recognized it as the fourth home under SRW’s “waterfront” category on their website. God, those houses make me weak in the knees.

I agree with iemand, the gardens are great. They have a real estate feel to them. Very well done. The rest of the house not so much. I do like the pool being so far away as it makes the place feel more like an estate and not just a house. Pretty ambivalent about the house but like the layout of the grounds and the landscaping alot.
