Exterior is a bore. Foyer is nice. The rest looks standard. Kitchen is terrible.

The interior is okay quality-wise…looks like a decent starting point from which to begin a LOT of decorating. I wouldn’t say the kitchen is terrible (like Daniel), but it’s far from interesting, and the floor plan in general is terribly uninspired. The exterior is bland…it ends up way too “mass produced”-looking for me. Yawn.

Very solid old money house in an old money neighborhood on an old money street. Nothing flashy, just good solid workmanship. That being said, no way this is a 6 million dollar house. 2.5-3.2 tops. The lot is not nearly big enough or secluded enough.

Maybe it’s just me, but this home in NO way suggests “old money”. This is nouveau riche posing as old money, and I don’t think any actual old money people would fall for it.

YAWWWN, yet again (sorry). High quality, solid materials, but about as original & memorable as a piece of typing paper. That floor plan is out of a home magazine that you can get at HOME DEPOT for Gods’ sake! And, as usual, the price is psychotic.

I’m thinking preppy preppy preppy. It looks like a house in an LL Bean catalog. ‘Ole tried and true but nothing new. Boring as all get out.

HA! I can totally see a khaki-wearing WASP with a brightly colored sweater tied around his shoulders walking across the lawn in my mind.
