Not too bad for the price. Why is there what resembles a public bathroom in the house though (photo 12)? The baseball diamond and golf course would be torn out, replaced with garages.

It looks like some pics are from the Country Club. There’s no ballfiell, nor golf course anywhere near the house if the Bing birdseye pics are current.

Woops. The birdseye isn’t current, but the google map shows some kind of a rec field with putting green next to the house. I guess they purchased the lot next door, and put the fun there.

I really love this place, I could definitely live there.
The ceiling in the master bedroom is awesome and I love the bathroom.
This is the kind of house that should sell on the first day listed.

No No No… even with Mak’s koi pond. This home does nothing for me 😉

Pass. I don’t really care for any of it. Even the koi pond is too small.

      It is amazing.
Anyone who appreciates detail and hard work would like it.
Can you imagine the amount of time, skill and money went into just doing that ceiling?

There are also a lot of hideous, tasteless homes that all had a lot of time, skill and money put into them. Doesn’t make them desirable.
