The exterior is a nice typical Rock Mountain house. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but this exterior is not really anything special The interior is remarkably cold looking. It’s surprising that with 18,000 square feet we only get to see three rooms and the indoor pool area. I would like this interior in a different setting, but for a mountain house I’d like something with a warmer more cozy looking decor.

The place is nice. Strange the guest has more bedrooms.
    The split levels are great.
Interior is fantastic. Well above my expectations after the exterior.

I love how all these mountain homes have the illusion of being much smaller form the front views/facade. Awesome!

Fabulous. Architect actually seemed to be able to think outside of the box and make a mountain home not filled with heavy logs, taxidermy bears, and giant stone fireplaces.

Not bad. Living room is confused and for the price I’d rather live in Aspen, but it isn’t terrible.

Ha! I was a bit busier with school this week than usual, but I promise to be more verbose next week.

GOR-JUSS. LOVE it inside & out, but it definitely needs lotsa’ color, texture, art & many kinds of the right, colorful accessories. The location is breathtaking, as is the weather the day all those exterior pics were taken…look at that beautiful BLUE sky!

I like the exterior, it’s a comforting and familiar style for a setting such as this. I don’t like the contemporary bent they took with the interior though, that doesn’t work for me. Maybe with a different exterior, but it doesn’t go together here. I’m a little puzzled at the price, but that happens for almost all listings I see here, so that’s nothing out of the ordinary.
