The front facade is terrible. Inside is actually nice, but I feel like I’ve seen it a thousand times. I really like the bed in the master bedroom. Backyard is nice, but I’m starting to really dislike the infinity pools that are built on the edge of a cliff – I would always be worried about collapsing down the hillside.

The house has a cheap and ugly looking front. But I guess ugly is how you stand out nowadays. The interior is great but kinda plain. More tones or colors would have definitely helped.

Ugly facade, nice interior. Finishes and detail quite well done. Not really my cup of tea tho. House is a joke price was… sold when it was listed at $6.8 for just $5.65m… a year and a half later they now want almost $8m when the market is down? Makes sense in LA.

The front has an industrial feel to it but I can look past that for the rest of the house. Definitely my type of home.

    ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!

ALMOST EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS for a house that looks like a BAD 1980’s APARTMENT COMPLEX from the front with two front “lawn plateaus” the size of a large area rugs, and ONLY a two car garage, that doesn’t even have a long enough driveway to park two additional cars on without them hanging into the street?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

As far as I’m concerned the interior is totally forgettable and took very little effort in my NEVER-to-be-humble opinion. This place has all the interior visual depth of a tea spoon, and glamour (which I’d demand for that price) of a cardboard box. I don’t give a dead rats ass what kind of view, pool, technology or materials this place has……they’re ALL discounted by at least half the asking price for the thoroughly horrible front exterior and lot. And one of the WORST things about the video is that the cute, young, IN GOOD SHAPE Realtor is WEARING ALL BLACK for GODS’ SAKE….I’m so incomprehensibly SICK of seeing women in all black all the time that I could PUKE.

    She did a nice job.

The house sucks and I would laugh at anyone that paid more than $3 million for this place and that is just because of it’s location that I would even pay that much.
If it was here in Michigan I would not pay over $600,000 for it.

For almost $8 million, you should make sure that it is painted outside properly and that there are no water stains.

I would have dreams of little children and drunk adults falling to their deaths in that backyard.

The interior isn’t that bad, and the view is nice too. But 7200 square feet?
I don’t see it; It looks (really) small.

And as soon as you walk out I would puke about the exterior; horrible, hideous with the balcony being the worst part. And the backyard is a nightmare with kids (although it looks very nice with such a drop in height)

    Some questions though:
    – What are those small, black strips on the ceiling (like at 00:23, 01:04, 01:40 and 02:30)
    – Why so many tv’s, some on real bad places.
    – Outdoor heaters?? You’re in LA for goodness sake.
    – In the kitchen are those incandescent light bulbs? In the Netherlands they’re quitting selling those. So that’s gonna be nice if you have to change them.
    – The kitchen is a nightmare to use, just think about all the dirty stuff on that bright white countertop.
    – A couch in the bathroom??

So it’s not really that “fabulous, stunning or perfect” as she says…
