Smith Brothers Construction, Inc., provides architecture, construction and interior design for luxury homes in California and Hawaii.They are based out of Solana Beach, CA. My favorite home is #1, which is located in Santa Barbara. Oh and that modern kitchen with built-in breakfast bar….lovely!

The second house looks amazing! Ima find it somehow.
It’s 10,000 sq.ft and located somewhere in Hawaii. I thought I recognized it, they did a feature on it in the March 2011 issue of Electronic House.

I was gonna’ say the exact same thing, and I LOVE the Island Contemporary one, too. VERY nice work….but their website could definitely do with a re-design with more, clearer pics of their work. Overall, very nice.
House #2 is sick.
Like everyone has said, the contemporary is sweet. it kind of reminds me of the house in iron man
House 1 is not in SB. And by far house #3 is the best. I have worked on and seen them all
