Front is plain and boring, rear looks extremely rickety and terribly unsafe. Interior is a bit ho-hum. The room in photo 7 is nice. The stairs looks very steep.

I don’t understand the 2 different railings out the back.

This one is not great. There’s nothing about the exterior that I like. Just nothing…

I don’t get the sense there was a lot of thought put into the interior. For example, in picture 12 on the realtor.com site, the connecting doors to the next room partially block the fireplace when they’re open. That’s just careless/thoughtless design. There are some other weird things, like in picture 5 on the site here, the door next to the fireplace has no business being there. How does the fireplace become a focal point in the room when the door will make it very awkward to put any kind of seating around it? The foyer isn’t bad.

This is pretty unimaginative all around, nothing stands out to me. Finishing the interior decor should perk things up a little, but I’m not a fan, although I must say it’s an improvement over many of the other recent NJ properties

This house is incredibly boring and austere and they need to take the zero off the end of that price.
