I hope these are temporary photos just to have something in the MLS. House looks decent in the aerial photos.

What are the blocks on the roof tiling? Sun lights, vents?

How does a real estate agent afford a $12mm house?

By selling $12,000,000 houses to other people, and then taking out a mortgage.

Having already gone on record saying I don’t like Bradbury, it won’t come as a surprise that I don’t like this house. Architecturally, the exterior is kind of a mess. The “Mini Me” guest house looks even less interesting. The grounds seems kind of disjointed, and the “Nankani” written in the grass is incredibly tacky! Why not put a neon sign on the roof saying who owns the place?

The interior is going to have to be pretty damn impressive to make up for the ho-hum exterior. There’s nothing intriguing enough here for me to go to the trouble of checking back on the listing website for more shots.

And seriously, you throw up 6 shitty pics for the listing, and one of them has a 12-year-old Mercedes sitting in front of an ugly RV-sized garage door? Come on people.

Considering this home is $13 million and is owned by the agent, you really would think a better job would have been done on this listing with regards to the photos like everyone else said.

If you can afford this house then you should be able to afford the best photographer on the planet to take proper photos.

Also, the old S class, the open garage door and the dead spots on the lawn are inexcusable. I am going to guess the agent has inherited money or a wealthy spouse because they sure did not make this kind of money as a real estate agent based on this listing.

I noticed the brown patches on the lawn too. It gives the impression of the entire place not being well maintained.
