Eek! I do love living walls, but having nearly the entire thing covered in it in S. Florida may not be the wisest thing. But it does look very nice. Interior is typical Miami eclectic/transitional. Needs a whole heck of a lot more color, but it’s workable. Price is a bit optimistic.

There is definitely too much ivy on the outside, but the house itself isn’t unattractive. The interior is definitely lacking in character. Color would help but it needs a lot more than just color. The interior doesn’t match the exterior at all and needs a lot more detailing and richness to even begin to work for me.

Pretty sure this is the house of a famous female tennis player…I can’t remember who at the moment, but I do remember some other website poking fun at the fact that the property doesn’t have a tennis court.

I like it. Its a bit too much though for only a canal view. for that much i want a view of the whole miami to miami beach intracoast.

Well the interior decor is a little spare, but that’s a wrong easily righted. But I do love the outside…I do agree it might not be the best idea for the whole damn thing to be covered in ivy, but I actually find it very attractive.

Forget about the size difference, save a million bucks by not getting that Orlando train wreck and put it into doing some redecorating on the inside of this place (maybe remove a little of the ivy too if it’s not your thing)…you’ll have a much more appealing home when you’re finished.

I just took another look at the pics of the outside of this place…it must take a tremendous amount of work to keep the ivy trimmed that perfectly away from the quoins…it looks flawless
