To be honest, there isn’t anything I don’t like about this one.
I really like the library, theater and billiard room.

From now on, I’m not talking about asking prices. I don’t have knowledge, I don’t live in the US so I don’t know anything about that.
Except when they’re asking ridiculous prices off course 😉

The house is very Floridian, at least with the floorplan and courtyard entry. Theater and billiard room is nice, the rest is pretty standard. Price seems a wee bit optimistic.

The house is pretty much perfect.
And its really well priced. There are many homes like this in Austin and Dallas that would hit the market at $10m.

First, pull every piece of furniture and soft goods out of this house, except for the master bed. Once that’s done, I like the house that’s underneath. I like the courtyard entry, but would rather the garage doors not be the first thing one sees when approaching the house. I like the exterior stone work, but the white painted sections need to be rougher; as they are, the smoothness contrasts too sharply with the stone.

Most of the rooms look like they are nicely scaled and have enough details with out being overdone. Are the floors on the main level polished sandstone? They look it, and I love that. What’s carved in relief on the kitchen doors? Whatever it is, I don’t like it. But, I do like the rest of the kitchen, especially the layout.

With a few changes, this could be a winner.

This is pretty pleasing overall. The decor is welcoming and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail seem to be good. I like it.

On another note, there are a TON of real estate agents & companies that could take some tips from whoever put together the photo gallery for this place. I wish all listings had photos this nice.

    Fantastic home.
I must have that pool table.
Also they should have brushed down the backs of the chairs in the theater after they either vacuumed them or steam cleaned them so you could not see the streaks, but that is nitpicking.

I love the bar/kitchenette/office area. It looks like a hotel which I love.
