I like it. Some of the bedrooms are really bare, but that’s an easy fix. I kinda wish the exterior pictures were taken with a little more light so I could more easily decipher the exterior layout and finishes. Asheville is a nice area, but is it $5 million nice?

Really nice looking home. Love the cars.

This home is on Coopers Hawk Drive in the Biltmore Park Subdivision. Don’t know the street number for this home but it is across the street from 433 Coopers Hawk Dr. This home may be overpriced. 433 Coopers Hawk Dr. across the street is 1,016 sq ft larger and only priced at 1.789M. There is a virtual tour with a few more pictures:

I really like this place. I like the craftsman gothic style. I used to live in Asheville and I would not want to live there again. But if I could transport this building to Boone, then I would love it. I do not really like the Biltmore subdivision. If I am going to live in the mountains I do not want to live in a subdivision. I would like this house tucked up somewhere very private.

Best home here for some time. I absolutely love it! I have a weak point for cabin homes (you know, during wintertime, christmas, snow; you get the picture), and this resembles that idea very well. It has quality, not extravagant (almost never a good idea with homes)
I have no idea about the neighbourhood but somehow this house doesn’t seem to be very expensive, is it?

So very nice, I love those night photo’s with the the house all light up. More please 😛

If it’s any indication, this is the most expensive house currently listed for sale in Asheville.

I’m no expert on the area, but I think the real estate market in Asheville is strong, but not quite that strong, I think it’s a bit overpriced, but possibly not by a whole lot.

I do like it…it’s probably HAUNTED. (But I don’t see spider-webs) I wouldn’t need lifts in my garage, but those cars can stay! I don’t know the area, but I noticed it’s the most expensive house on the agents list. A couple less expensive ones were very acceptable, plus they had more acreage. So, I’ll pass on this for now. 😉

I like it. My least favorite room is the cathedral-like great room, but mostly because I’ve seen it so many times before. Otherwise, put some good art on the walls and some personal touches, and it would be beautiful.

I LOVE this place! The exterior style is extremely appealing, with great, understated colors and finishes, same for the interior. I love all the woodwork, especially the various ceilings (the great room, kitchen, bedrooms). That great room could’ve easily ended up looking like every other cabin-style great room, but I think it’s saved by those gorgeous windows, which I think are very unique. This is just a really great, understated home with a FABULOUS view. Asheville wouldn’t be high on my list of places of live, but it is a pretty area. Given the location, the price is a bit heavy I think, but really there’s not much not to like about the house itself. Fantastic.

Understated Nova Ben? I wonder why you said that; it’s VERY GOTHIC, not a bit subtle either! But I do like it (warts and all) 🙂

Kenny……”contemporary” home? You SURE about that, Bud? Methinks you got that one wrong, Big time. Entirely to affected & dramatic for me…….way too brooding & dark.
