Yet another Homes of the Rich reader has designed a mansion using Google Sketchup. He also has floor plans in the works. I’ll post them up once he’s finished with them.
The house is 30,000 square feet and contains:

9000 sq ft, 16ft ceilings, Entrance Hall, Gallery, Great Room, Formal Lounge, Library, Guest Toilet, Elevator, Stair Hall, Kitchen, Breakfast Room, Scullery, Laundry, Walk In Refrigerator/Cold Room, Staff Lounge and Living Areas, 3 large covered patios with fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and glass folding doors that can be closed in cold weather, 2 Porte Cocheres, 12 Garages
Second Floor:
9000 sq ft, Central Rotunda, 6 Enormous Bedroom Suites all containing massive en-suite bathrooms and double-story walk in closets with amazing spiral staircases, The Master Suite includes a huge sitting room, study area, 2 master bathrooms and 2 massive walk in closets (Her’s is Double story), 4 Staff Suites above the garages, all with their own bathrooms, walk in closets and separate entrances
Third Floor
2000 sq ft, Contains the upper levels of all the walk in closets
