Mansion #1 – Picture #1 – It is located a 130 W. Coconut Palm Road in the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club in Boca Raton, FL. The old home was purchased in 2009 for $4.535 million and torn down. The new home is being built by Seppala Corporation.
Mansion #2 - Picture #2 - It is located at 1075 Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach, FL. The current owner tore down his/her old home and is replacing it with this. Construction does seem to have been halted though.
Mansion #3 - Pictures #3,4 – This 26,000+ square foot mega mansion is located at 935 Hillsboro Mile, aka Playa Vista Isle, in Hillsboro Beach, FL. The current owner bulldozed the former home and are now building this behemoth designed by Randall Stofft.
