The interior is too overpowering. Way too many different textures and materials competing with each other. Photos 3 and 5 look like they belong inside a Russian ranch. The carpet in the master bedroom looks like something you’d find in a Ramada Inn. I do like some of the marble used throughout. Overall, this seems very pricey considering every other house in Vegas is in foreclosure. At least you get to look at a pond in the middle of the desert.

Where I can get the plans! Except for the “Ramada Inn carpet,” and the extra wine-tasting room, I love the textures and openness. If I can find the architect, I would have something quite similar built for me here in Atlanta – and not even close to the Vegas price tag.

    I absolutely love this place.
I love the kitchen and the granite or marble used in it and the master bathroom and the outside kitchen area is very nice also.

If Venom could say such nice things about this home, then it is really a masterpiece.

Though someone may or may not like each and every element of the style (I do, though) the house is beautifully put together. A very nice and unusual house.

    I like it as well.
Doesn’t seem to fit in the Vegas desert, but put together nicely.

I like it, and I love Vegas. But nothin is worth $10m in Vegas. Try $6m

Interesting home. I somewhat agree with Daniel, as I think there are so many different materials that it leads to a visual overdose. I don’t like the brick ceiling in the dining room. I do like the granite slab used for the kitchen Island. I don’t like the choice of sinks in the master bath, nor do I like the sunken tub. I do, however, like the living room, as well as the wine cellar. Can’t say I would go for any of it at this price.

I think some of it’s a bit gaudy, but I think that overall it’s a nice home. It’s in a prime spot, right on the golf course, and I think the back yard with the grill is great. The brick inside is nice as well.

AH im in HEAVEN!! the attention to detail is unreal. this is one B-E-A-U-TIFUL home!!! i love every aspect of it. the interior is just so amazing. theres definitely alot going on but i think the camera work has alot to do with it. i bet its not quite as overwhelming in person, and is that a wood-fired pizza oven?!?!?! YES PLEASE! that backyard pond is sweet too. i want this house. def my new fav, the only thing that could make this house any better was if it could pleasure me and make me breakfast in the morning! 🙂
