I drive by this thing every day, if I remember correctly the brochure when it was built a few years ago had a price of just under 10m.

Hmmm… not looking good for Cherry Hills…

What REALLY stinks here is that the nazis in gov’t won’t let a new build top 35 feet. Therefore, all these sick new mansions have tiny little chimneys and low roof lines.

BTW, Pools really aren’t cool here in Denver. They have almost the same appeal as a ping pong table.

Sounds like you are getting a good amount of house for a decent price.

This is a lot of home for the price! It’s an incredible lot, arched by a creek along the entire back (very unique and private for the area), and in a “more country” area for Cherry Hills. Most lots in CH are only 2 acres, this almost doubles it. I don’t think I’d be able to find a better value in the entire village.

I like it alot. Not alot of imagination went into it. It is just a good solid classical home. I can see this being bought by an old general or someone else who is just solid, not flashy. Good classical lines. Classy, subdued decor. Overall a fine home. The price seems right on the money.

It’s nice in a generic kind of way. I love Georgians and this seems to be quality-built with good materials, but there’s not a whole lot that particularly stands out. I do like the size of the lot and the stream that runs along the rear of the property is a nice feature as well.
