Well, I rather have this one than the next $24.5 million house you posted.
It’s on a much more desirable location (well, for me it is), its almost 10 million dollars cheaper, square feet is a bit less (but who’s ever gonna need thát much space anyway).

The style is about the same for me (I don’t really like any of them, but this one is still better than the 24.5 mill one.). But I would much rather have something like these:

Terrible exterior [looks like a FEMA trailer], nifty interior. Only thing I don’t like inside is the master bed/bath flooring.

Exterior looks like a modified, metal trailer home, but the interior is cool, i like the glass-covered outdoor patio area, and that view looks amazing!!

Wow…very disappointing. I’m gonna agree with Daniel’s opinion that the outside looks like a FEMA trailer. Ugly. And for a contemporary-style home, they could have done a LOT more with the interior. And before someone tries to make me “understand” this house, let me just say that minimalism does NOT have to equal “boring”, which this certainly is. Minimalism can be fabulous, beautiful and striking. This looks like a missed opportunity to me.
