A very generic and dark home.

Well…I actually like this place, sure it’s “generic”and a bit “dark” but those things don’t bother me in this home. What does bother me is the white-painted beams in the ceilings…I’m not a fan of beamed-ceilings EVER!
As well, the kitchen seems far too small…hmmm?

p.s. On second thoughts… there is a Big lack of natural light, not enough large windows!!! The lot-size is good, and the price is very inexpensive, so you could probably tear this one down, or just build another PERFECT home on the lot (almost 7 acres.)

you’re right, who would want a $3 million home in Tennessee? Oh, I mean other than any of the many musicians based out of Nashville, the pro athletes, the high-up executives at the couple dozen huge corporations based in Nashville…

all of a sudden a $3 million home in the suburbs of a major metropolitan area doesn’t seem so crazy, hmm?

again, what a snoozer! I do like the stone fireplace in the master bath, but what the hell is up with those double doors in the master bedroom? They look like what you’d put in a foyer, not the bedroom that leads to a balcony…

I think the biggest issue is the kitchen. The workflow pattern isn’t there. I don’t even see the refrigeration units at all. Whats with the dark wooden door in the corner there?

Master bath…what a poor design that is. The tub looks like it was bought because it was on sale at Home Depot, and not because it actually fit there. Then there’s the tiling around it. They clash with the floor tile. And a fire place right next to the tub? Whats up with that? I never could understand that.

I assume all of the furnishings are staging, but they could have done a better job.

I like it, it is kind of generic, but that is what is nice about it.
Great lot and the price is not insane.
I would upgrade the stone in the master bathroom and put carpet in the bedroom, but other than that it is fine.
I really love the lower level kitchen, it is very nicely done.
