Love the pool although those pissing fountains look annoying. House is so-so, but I do like the openness as shown in photo 4.

Hate the foyer. And the price is insane in PP for a house without a view.
You can get a bigger houses with ocean views for under $10m.

Well, I sound like a broken record, but the price is far out of line.

I’m not a fan of the exterior. The building material on the outside (concrete?) looks like it’s unfinished, awaiting some other material to cover it. I also don’t like the random shapes of the overhanging parts of roof. I’m much more pleased by the interior (other than the office building foyer), there look to be some genuinely welcoming areas inside, and with the right decor could be quite wonderful. So, fail on the exterior, succeed on the interior.

What a bland and boring house. It’s mostly beige, with accents of white. Even the artwork, what little of it there is, is dull and boring. The red cabinet in the bedroom looks completely out of place since nothing else has any color, and is a sad and failed attempt to introduce color into the interior. I absolutely HATE the foyer. At best it looks like the entrance to a realtor’s office, but not the central axis of a home. The busts on pedestals have no business being in this house. I really don’t even care for the exterior. The concrete is just more bland, boring beige. The dichotomy between the curves and straight lines doesn’t work either. Then there’s the laughable price…
